How long will this take?
Here's a general timeline:

Information-only site: 3 weeks
Relationship-building site:4 weeks
E-commerce enabled site: 6 weeks

These are just rough estimates, obviously a 30-page information-only site will take longer to create than a 2-page e-commerce enabled site. Once we get through the web planning process with you, we can give you a more accurate estimate.

What do I need to provide to G&H Designs?
As much or as little as you like! Generally we can start the Web planning process with just one phone call. From there, we'll put together what we think would work best for you and then review the plans with you. You will recieve a username and password with your deposit and then be enabled to view your projects progress online.

How much time do I need to commit to this?
Same as the previous question! We can provide a turnkey Web site for you that will require minimal time from you or you can be as involved as you wish. This is your Web site - you make the calls!

Can you set it up so I'm selling directly online?
Of course! E-commerce enabled sites are a bit more complex than informational or relationship sites but we're experts at enabling e-commerce. For many businesses, an e-commerce enabled site is no longer a nice thing to have, but increasingly is becoming mandatory if you want to succeed.

Once it's done, do I need to hire an employee to maintain the site?
Not if you don't want to! G&H Designs prides itself on the follow-up after we get sites up and running. After all, what good is a well-designed site if no one can see it or if the information is old? Whenever you want to make changes or add to your site, you simply need to call us and we'll take care of it ASAP!
